Some Christmas pictures
Since the christmas period was mostly spent trying not to think of computing issues at all, I didn't post any of the pictures I took during the vacations. I figured I'd correct that by posting some of them in the time to come. Starting off with christmas, I spent it with my parents at the cottage. On Christmas eve there wasn't a snowcrystal to be seen, which was kind of ok, or else we wouldn't have been able to drive up the steep forrest road. On the morning after, however, we were met with a quite different view:Our cottage on the 1st day of christmas ..and it continued snowing throughout the 1st day of christmas... and snowing... and snowing... ...until the next day, when the weather was clear and cold, and we got a proper winter-wonderland:
Fjord view on the 2nd day (This is the view from one side of the cottage) It's weird to think about that as I was taking this picture of beauty and tranquility, reports were starting to come in over the radio about a disaster developing in southern Asia, a disaster noone yet knew would develop into one of the biggest catastrophies of modern times.
Did you do your bit yet? That's enough for this post, watch out for more soon...
