Printing to printable CDs/DVDs with the Canon IP5300 from Nero Coverdesigner

I'm including a link to an importable file with the "paper stock" config included, but for those of you who don't accept candy from strange men, I'm also listing just the settings here.

It's pretty much just a couple of screenshots, so here we go:

That's it really. For some reason you might have to exit and restart Coverdesigner before the new "stock" will be available in the dropdown in the main window, but there you go.

For my own use I've also included a layout template that I made that just includes the CD (not the covers and such) and some layout settings I tend to use. This is dropped in the "Templates" folder under %ProgramFiles%/Nero/Nero8/Nero CoverDesigner/. It'll appear in the "Custom" group.

Get it!

Thanks a lot!!! Your tipp is very useful and it safe me a lot of time! I give you 5 stars for this tipp!

Unfortunately the standard CD-Label program from Canon is very uncomfortable in comparison to Nero Cover-Designer or the similar program from toast for Mac.

Just what I needed. Works awsome! I just wanted to invent one myself, but yours was millimeters better. Thanks a lot. And indeed, the standard labelprinter isn't much fun

Thanks for the help, had no problems using Nero 9 Cover Design but with Nero 10 things just would'nt line up. Was nice to have the Link as well, but your right, i dont take candy from strange men. Would be nice to live in a perfect world.

Cheers
